Tuition

In fall 2008 GSEB tuition was set to:

The tuition includes the materials fee ($20 per semester) and the $5 library fee which entitles all GSEB families to use our library during the semester. The volunteer deposit will be waived if you choose to volunteer for at least 2 hours per semester instead.

Scholarships

In an effort to ensure that no student will miss out on school participation due to financial concerns, GSEB maintains an active scholarship program. Grants are need-based and generally cover 25%-75% of tuition and fees. There is no specific "maximum" income allowed; families' situations are considered on a case-by-case basis. Applications have to be sent or delivered in person to the registrar before or on the first day of school. If mailed, please send your application to our mailbox (P.O. Box 27421, Oakland, CA 94610).
